Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business goals.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and contracts for clients.
  • Track sales performance using CRM tools and provide regular reports.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, ERPNext).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
